Terms of use

You sign in with your Indian mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can read your messages can sign in as you. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Give us a correct name, delivery address and email, so we can deliver your order and send your GST invoice.

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more, anywhere in India. Below that, delivery costs ₹79. The delivery charge, if any, is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
• The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you pay. We may change prices and offers at any time; a change never affects an order already paid.
• Coupon codes have their own conditions, shown with each code. Only one code applies to an order, and codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Every order gets a GST tax invoice. If you add a GSTIN at checkout, the invoice is made out to that business.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, by UPI, card or net banking. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. We do not offer cash on delivery.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we show you the confirmation page. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you pay, or a price was shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will tell you and refund the amount for that item in full.

Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Court Blue is a very light blue tint, close to white. Sizes follow the size guide on the product page.

The VakalatHouse name, logo, photographs and text on this site belong to Lawtech Vakalathouse Pvt. Ltd.. Do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Do not misuse the site: no automated ordering, no attempts to get around stock limits, coupons or sign-in, and no orders for resale without a bulk agreement with us.

We are responsible for delivering the shirts you paid for in the condition described. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we cannot settle a complaint between us, the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the version in force when you ordered applies to that order.
